How much does ŞarjPlus charging cost?
Current tariffs are on the Prices page: 9.90 TL/kWh on AC Type 2 sockets and 12.90 TL/kWh on 50–180 kW DC fast chargers (CCS, CHAdeMO). Billing is per kWh as required by EPDK.
Where can I download the ŞarjPlus app?
Open www.sarj.com.tr/app on your phone — the App Store opens on iPhone and Google Play on Android. The app is free.
How do I start charging?
Scan the QR code on the station in the ŞarjPlus app or tap your RFID card. Watch battery %, live kW and cost in the app; pay by card or virtual wallet.
How long does it take to charge an EV?
On AC chargers (7–22 kW) a full charge usually takes 2–3 hours; on DC fast chargers (40–180 kW) 20–60 minutes depending on battery and model.
Can I get a charger installed at home?
Yes. ŞarjPlus 7–22 kW wallbox (Model W) and pedestal (Model G) chargers suit homes, villas and residential car parks. We handle survey, installation and commissioning turnkey.
Can my business earn revenue from a charger?
Yes. Once connected to the licensed ŞarjPlus network, your station appears on the app map, accepts app payments and earns revenue from every session — ideal for hotels, restaurants, malls and fuel stations.
Which connectors do you support?
DC: CCS2 and CHAdeMO. AC: Type 2 (Mennekes) and Type 1 (J1772), tethered or socket versions.
Are ŞarjPlus chargers made in Türkiye?
Yes. Stations are designed and built in Türkiye by ŞarjPlus using components from Siemens, Phoenix Contact and Schneider Electric; software and apps are developed in-house.

How much does 1 kWh of charging cost?
Current ŞarjPlus prices are on the Prices page. In Türkiye in 2026, AC is typically 8–10 TL/kWh and DC fast charging 11–15 TL/kWh; home charging costs roughly half.
What is the difference between AC and DC charging?
AC is converted by the car’s on-board charger (7–22 kW, hours); DC is converted in the station (40–180 kW, 20–60 minutes). Use AC daily and DC on trips.
How do I charge a Togg at home?
Togg T10X and T10F have a Type 2 AC inlet and accept up to 11 kW AC. A ŞarjPlus 11–22 kW wallbox fully charges it overnight; DC fast charging uses CCS2.
What are Type 2 and CCS2?
Type 2 (Mennekes) is the standard AC connector in Europe and Türkiye; CCS2 adds two DC pins for fast charging. Most EVs sold in Türkiye use Type 2 for AC and CCS2 for DC.
What do I need to open a charging station?
A site with sufficient power, a charger and — for public service — a licensed (EPDK) network operator. Joining ŞarjPlus gives you licensing, payments and app visibility.
How much does a home wallbox cost?
It depends on power (7, 11, 22 kW), tethered or socket, single or dual output and installation distance. See the Shop or request a quote including installation.
How do I find the nearest charging station?
Use the map in the ŞarjPlus app to see nearby stations, power and connectors and get directions: sarj.com.tr/app.
